To slow down time. More photos mean more memories, and a life that feels longer looking back. Plus some of my iPhone shots from this year.

To slow down time.
Take more photos and you preserve more memories. Life feels longer when there's more of it to look back on. The more you do it, the richer your life looks in retrospect.
Here are some photos I've taken with my iPhone 15 Pro Max this year: A tiny car, bright yellow, is parked in front of an abandoned warehouse. The deep green metal of its walls is covered in tattered white pastic sheets, fluttering in the wind. The top of the building is a wide sheet of faded yellow, mirroring the car below. Ominous clouds loom in the background.A fresh slice of New York style cheesecake sits on a small white plate, its surface swept with a gradient of decorative red powder on one side and a simple brushstroke of red jelly on the other. The cheesecake's surface is adorned with edible flowers and small pieces of fruit. An impenetrable wall of vines, bursting with small white flowers that nearly swallow the vine's green leaves in a carpet of delicate petals. A small handful of vibrant magenta red flowers peek out near the top middle of the frame.Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, the magnificent-looking castle that looms over Quebec City, Canada. This telephoto perspective casts the central towers of the castle against a glowing sunset sky.A vibrant sunset view of downtown Quebec City, as viewed from a ship passing by on the river.A telephoto view of an airport runway at sunset, with a baggage cart and passenger bus approaching in the foreground while a large commercial plane heads in the opposite direction in the background. An aerial view of a rural landscape, dotted with square and circular parcels of land, each cultivating different crops. The result is a patchwork of green, yellow, brown, and gray over which a number of fluffy clouds float peacefully.Neon lights on the CN Tower and its neighbouring skyscrapers in Downtown Toronto, seen from Toronto Island with a telephoto lens. A yacht cast in purple neon glow sails by in the foreground. The Digital Orca statue in Vancouver, seen from a low and wide angle with a sky full of stars in the background. An early sunrise, seen from a plane, as it casts an orange glow on a seamless layer of dense, flat clouds. The total solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024, seen through a break in the cloud cover as a small flock of crows circles high up in the sky.Sunset silhouette of a young woman standing in front of a peaceful lake, surrounded by deciduous trees.
